Copyright and Ownership of artwork
All forms of artwork, both physical and digital remain the intellectual property of Jessica Hilton. Artwork should not be copied, distributed, shown in public, downloaded, reproduced, printed, modified, posted online or used for commercial purposes without permission which can be requested here.
Before starting on the portrait details of it shall be confirmed. Once an order is placed a conformation email will be sent and a non-refundable deposit of 40% is taken. When the commission is complete and posted, an email will be sent with shipping information.
After booking your choice of portrait and choosing a photograph to work from, I will take a non-refundable deposit of 40% payable by bank transfer or cheque. If we arrange for me to take a photo for you, the cost of the photography session will be added to the cost of the portrait and the 40% deposit will be taken from the total cost. When completed, the remaining cost should be paid before delivery, along with any delivery charges by bank transfer or cheque.
Late payments will be charged interest.
Refunds and Damaged Goods
Problems with an order should be reported within ten days via email@example.com.
A photo will be sent to you of your portrait on completion and any alterations you require will be carried out. If you are not happy with the end result you will be charged 50% of the cost. If you are not happy with the portrait once you have received it, you are responsible for the cost of returning it, and 50%? of the total cost will be refunded.
Items damaged in transit remain the responsibility of the postal service and their terms and conditions will apply.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before the portrait is complete, this must be done at the earliest opportunity. Once the 40% deposit has been paid it is non refundable even in the event of cancellation.
